Virginia Beach Virginia Snake Situation: Help! I saw on your website that you offer free snake skin identification. I would really appreciate your assistance. I am currently renting a home in Virginia Beach. It's on the beach, right between the sea and land. I found this snake skin hanging from the side of the house. I contacted the owner and they advised that they have seen some black snakes in the area and that they were harmless. I have my grandkids visiting the end of March. I just want to be smart and safe. I have very little knowledge of snakes and am a little concerned. Can you please take a look at these pictures and give me your opinion.

I found this snake skin underneath my back porch. We live in Mooresville, NC about 30miles North of Virginia Beach. Our house is approx 100ft from a large lake. We have grandchildren who play around our house, and I want to know if we have a copperhead residing on our property. Thanks!

Kindly provide me contact of snake remover in Bangalore, India else people will kill it. I wish to save this snake and there is nobody who can help. Kindly provide the details urgently.

We have a snake (or family of snakes?) living in the crevices/foundation of our patio. There is a small deep hole in the foundation that we feel the snake likes to hide in. The snake likes to come out and sun itself in our hurricane shutter track. One day we had the surprise of the snake INSIDE our kitchen and luckily he slid outside the way he came in. (Through the sliding glass door track) Whenever we try to lure it out, it immediately hides. I saw you sell a trap. Will it come out of it's "nest" (our concrete foundation) into the trap? We wanted to close up the hole once the snake is out but we don't know if there are any more snakes in there. We don't want to close the hole if the snakes are inside as that would harm them. Any suggestions? I've attached two pictures. Can you tell me what type of snake this is? My guess is corn snake?
